Kitchen Remodel "I contacted Visionbuilt as I was in the Renovation Loan process and needed the timely installation of a complete kitchen in order to fulfill the banks loan requirements and close the loan. Travis called me back within the hour and scheduled a meeting to provide a quote the same day. I got 3 competing offers and Visionbuilt was the most competitive. Then, we began the grueling documentation approval process from the bank. There was a lot of unexpected information and signatures required by the bank for Visionbuilt to approve/sign. Response time was always very quick and accurate. About a month after the quotation from Visionbuilt, I finally closed the loan and was ready for Visionbuilt to start the work. I met Travis at a showroom for about an hour and picked out all cabinets and countertops I wanted. Within a week, the kitchen was completely installed and looked great! I actually got a comparative quote from Home Depot and Visionbuilt was about 25%-35% cheaper (and probably better quality too). The kitchen was the only major item I fixed in the house and I decided to immediately list if for sale. I listed the house at $489k and sold the house for $520k. Maybe I just lucked out but, I strongly believe the major selling point for the house was the new Visionbuilt kitchen.
